How do I follow up with the government about my pending application?

Learn how to follow up and message the government about the status of your application.

  1. Log into your Localgov account.
  2. Go to the Applications page.
  3. Locate the pending application you wish to follow up on by checking the Application Status.
  4. Click on the Message icon or the Action Button, then select Message. Kindly allow a moment for the Application Messages page to load.

  5. Check for any unread messages from the government and send your own messages or files.

    1. You will also receive an email notification to your account's email address every time the government sends you a message regarding your application.
