Learn how to follow up and message the government about the status of your application.
- Log into your Localgov account.
- Go to the Applications page.
- Locate the pending application you wish to follow up on by checking the Application Status.
- Click on the Message icon or the Action Button, then select Message. Kindly allow a moment for the Application Messages page to load.
- Check for any unread messages from the government and send your own messages or files.
- You will also receive an email notification to your account's email address every time the government sends you a message regarding your application.
