Where do I find the form(s) I need to submit?

Learn how to find forms to submit by searching for a local government on Localgov

1. Log in to your account and click on the Submit Forms tab.
   
2. Search for or select from the drop-down, the name of the local government where you need to submit a required form.
   
   
   
3. Next, click on the form you need to submit.
